Please arrive for 4:00pm as you will have to park and find your way inside and upstairs. Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Weather permitting, our Ceremony and cocktail hour will be OUTSIDE. Please dress accordingly with a coat / jacket if needed. Reception to follow is inside for the remainder of the evening.

There is plenty of parking on site! Please do NOT drink and drive - The venue does allow you to keep your care overnight free-of charge until 11 am the following day. You will need to provide your license plate information when you arrive.

Uber does come to Trail Hub, however the venue does suggest Pre-booking Ubers so you aren’t waiting too long for a ride. We are looking into a shuttle service for those staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ajax. Or for those who would like a drive into Ajax. This will be update shortly with more information when we confirm our booking.

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Hilton Garden Inn in Ajax Ontario as this is the closest hotel. We love your little ones, however this is an adults only event. We encourage you to enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

We would love to see our family and friends dress up for our special day. The dress code is Formal Attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. No jeans please!
